一、我国轮胎产业回顾及现状分析我国轮胎产业从20世纪30年代开始，在较长时期内处在低水平徘徊不前的发展期，始终在低端斜交胎产品领域行走。新中国成立后，伴随民族汽车工业的发展，斜交胎产品逐步由中小规格系列向较大规格的载重胎系列转变。六、七十年代，发达国家子午胎已经占较大比重以后，我国才开始逐渐研发子午胎。

With more than three decades of reform and opening-up, China＇s tire industry gained rapid growth, which led by the automotive and transportation industry is now actively participating in the international economic circulating system. Economic crisis not yet over, in the process of global economic rebound, as the world＇s largest producer, China＇s tire industry is facing new challenges. Tire industry practitioners need to observe and study the law of the global economic development with a global reach and thinking more than ever, and put ourselves into the large globalization of competition and cooperation environment to compare, consider and re-positioning, in order to take a good way in the world economy. In this paper, construction of a new productivity model is the urgent requirement of China＇s tire industry to adapt to globalization, and by using the knowledge innovation to accelerate the development of new strategies for the tire industry.
