平翅片表面流动和换热的数值模拟研究

摘    要:利用Fluent软件,采用加密的六面体和四面体网格,建立了翅片管式换热器用矩形平翅片的三维物理模型,对空气内掠翅片表面的流动与换热进行数值模拟求解,得到其在不同风速下的速度场、温度场和努谢尔特数分布,模拟结果与实验数据进行了比较,模拟值偏大,但最大相对误差不超过10.8%。

Abstract:Utilizing Fluent software and using densified hexahedral and tetrahedral grid three-dimensional physical model of rectangular fin used in fin-tube heat exchanger is built.Numerical simulation is made to fine solutions of flowing and heat transfer with airflow over fin.Velocity field,temperature field and nusselt number distribution of this model under different wind speeds are obtained.Comparison of simulation results and test data shows simulation results is larger,but maximum relative error is not exceed ...
