叔胺法制碱碳化机理的研究

摘    要:本文通过对醇和胺的界面张力的测定,获得了醇和胺的饱和吸附量和分子面积;指出了叔胺法制碱中的醇和胺都是表面活性物质;建立了界面相模型,认为在实验浓度范围内表面活性物质的界面浓度是主体相浓度乘上一个常数。由此导出了碳化反应模型,并且进一步得到了实验验证,说明了碳化机理的可靠性。

Abstract:By determination of interfacial tension of alcohol and amine,the saturated adsorption quantity and molecule area of alcohol and amine were obtained. The alcohol and amine in producing soda by the tertiary amine method were considered as surface-active substances.An interfacial model was developed, in which the interfacial concentration of surface-active surfaces in the expe- rimental concentration range was treated as the bulk phase concentration multi- plied by a constant.On the basis of these results,a model of carbonation was proposed and examined by the experimental results.The reliability of the mechanism was expressed.
