摘    要:本文研究了不同氮源及浓度对红发夫酵母生长及虾青素积累的影响.结果表明氮源最佳浓度为6.5g/L.在所研究氮源中,酵母膏是最好的单一氮源,虾青素产量达到3688μg/L.以硫酸铵、尿素和硝酸钾为单一氮源时,虾青素产量分别是2003、1718和1181μg/L,远远低于酵母膏.当采用尿素和硝酸钾作为混合氮源(4∶1)时,虾青素产量达到2333μg/L.

Abstract:Effect of nitrogen sources and concentrations on the growth of phaffia rhodozyma and the accumulation of astaxanthin are investigated.The result shows that the concentration of 6.5g/L is the best concentration to the growth of phaffia rhodozyma and the accumulation of astaxanthin.Among nitrogen sources investigated,yeast extract is the best nitrogen source and astaxanthin production reaches 3688μg/L.astaxanthin productions are 2003μg/L,1718μg/L and 1181μg/L respectively as (NH4)2SO4,urea and KNO3 used as single nitrogen source.The production is far lower than yeast extract as nitrogen source.Astaxanthin production can reach 2333μg/L as urea and KNO3 used as compound nitrogen sources (4∶1).
