| Abstract: | A Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric determination of the food additive of benzoic acid is studies.The result showsthat the detection limit of benzoic acid in samples is 0.0012mg/ml and the recollery of benzoic acid in samples is about 97%.This method is sensitivity,rapid and accurate. |
