| 摘 要： | 在对沈阳地区村 镇住宅调研的基础上，结合该地区的经济发展状况研究沈阳地区村镇住宅的发展现状与趋势，总结出该地区农民生活方式所发生的变化及其对现代化农民住宅提出的新要求。
