| 摘 要： | 高级应用型人才的培养模式成为了国内研究热点。本文首先分析了电子信息工程专业高级应用型人才定位和应该具备的素质及能力。然后,根据电子与信息领域对人才的要求分析了该专业的培养目标。由此,提出了以课程群为基本单元的建设思路。基于课程群的研究团队负责本课程群的理论和实践教学内容建设。通过课内实验、课程设计和综合性创新设计循序渐进地把学生培养成为高级应用型人才。

| Abstract: | The cultivation mode of advanced application-oriented talents has become a research hot topic in China. This paper first analyzes the location, quality and capability for advanced application-oriented talents majoring in electronic and information engineering. Then, the cultivation target of this profession is analyzed according to the demands on the talents in electronics and information field.
