摘    要:在分子设计的基础上,合成了分别以CHO、OH和Br为端基的PPV低聚体,并以后者作为大分子引发剂引发苯乙烯的原子转移自由基聚合,成功合成了一种新的结构明确的PPV-b-PS二嵌段共聚物。采用IR、UV-VIS、1H-NMR和GPC等手段表征了其结构,并研究了其在CS2溶液中的自组装行为。SEM观察证明,在温度、氩气流速和湿度分别为19.2℃,0.8 m3/h和67.8%RH的条件下,PPV-b-PS在质量分数0.2%的CS2溶液中能够自组装成高度有序的六角蜂窝状结构薄膜,其空穴的平均直径为1.15μm。

Abstract:Based on molecule designing,poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV) oligomers with formylphenyl(—CHO),hydroxyl(—OH) and bromine(—Br) active functional groups as end groups had been synthesized respectively.Using the PPV oligomer with Br active functional group as macroinitiator to initiate the polymerization of styrene(St),a novel well-defined PPV-bPS rod-coil block copolymer had been successfully prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).The structure of the copolymer was characterized by IR,UV-VIS,1H-NMR and GPC,and its self-assembling behavior in CS2 solution was also studied.When the temperature,humidity and the flow speed of Argon stream is 19.2 ℃,67.8% RH and 0.8 m3/h,respectively,a highly ordered hexagonally honeycomb-structured film an be self-assembled from a 0.2% CS2 solution of the copolymer.The average diameter of its holes is 1.15 μm.
