带孔板仿生孔形状的强度设计

摘    要:树木节疤的多年优化结构具有合理的机械强度,研究了仿树木节疤结构形状,设计了带孔板的孔形参数,并进行了Mises应力场分析。结果表明,在单向均布载荷作用下,椭圆参数大于2的椭圆孔的机械强度最优;在双向不同或相同应力水平的均布应力作用下,当双向应力比为0.5~2.0时,圆形孔板的机械强度最优。

Abstract:The shape of old crotch scars on tree trunks was investigated, and the effects of hole shape on the mechanical strength of the plates with a hole were analyzed with a finite element software ANSYS. The Mises stress is used to evaluate the strength of the plates with a hole. Results demonstrate that the elliptical hole, which elliptical parameter is larger than 2, has the best mechanical performance, as the plate is under uniform load in one direction. Also, results show that the circular hole has the best performance is the best one, as the ratio of the uniform loads in two directions is 0.5-2.0.
