切削颤振分析与模糊控制实验研究

摘    要:切削颤振是影响金属切削加工生产率和加工质量的重要因素。建立了金属切削过程的二维颤振数学模型;对颤振的稳定性进行了线性分析和非线性分析;并以颤振位移作为反馈变量,建立了基于二维模糊控制器的颤振控制系统。实验结果表明,该分析与控制对降低加工表面粗糙度具有重要意义。

Abstract:Chatter during the cutting process is an undesirable phenomenon because it is a limiting factor for the productivity, accuracy of machining and it leads to earlier tool failure. This Paper present a two-dimensional non-linear dynamic cutting model. The system stability is analyzed using linear theory and non-linear theory. A two-dimensional fuzzy controller using displacement as feedback variable is developed to control the cutting chatter. The experimental results show that the analysis and control are of instructive significance for the improvement of the surface roughness.
