电热振动复合钻削加工的研究

摘    要:结合振动切削和导电加热切削的优点,提出了电热振动复合钻削新方案。通过实验分析了导电加热温度、振动频率和振幅等参数对钻削力、表面质量及钻头寿命的影响。为电热振动复合钻削方法的深入研究,提供了必要的实验手段和理论指导。

Abstract:A new method of electric hot and vibration composite drilling is proposed by taking advantage both of electric hot machining and vibration drilling.The influence of drilling parameters such as electric heating temperature,vibration frequency and amplitude,etc to drilling force,surface quality and drill life are analyzed on experiments.Thus the necessary experiment instrument and the theoretical instruction are provided for the further research on electric hot and vibration composite drilling.
