计算机监控系统在太浦河泵站的应用

摘    要:以太浦河泵站为例,针对其计算机监控系统如何选择的问题,介绍了太浦河泵站计算机监控系统的结构功能和软、硬件技术,列举了系统组态画面的使用,分析了系统自动化全步开、停机的步骤和流程,提出了系统的维护要点,旨在提高泵站工程管理水平。应用结果表明:采用基于PLC控制器的开放式分层分布结构的计算机监控系统功能完善、控制对象全面、实时性强、可靠性高、人机界面友好,较好地满足了泵站运行管理智能化、远程化的需要,为今后类似泵站的设计提供了很好的借鉴。

Abstract:To improve the management of pump station, the structure, functions, software and hardware of the computer monitoring system for Taipuhe pump station is introduced. The configuration screens of the system are presented, and the procedures of automatic full-step starting-up and shut-down of the pumps are analyzed. Main points for the maintenance of the system are proposed. This hierarchical system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) has comprehensive functions, complete control objects, friendly human-machine interface, and is highly reliable and timely, hence meets the requirements of intelligent and remote management of pump station.
