转炉汽化冷却烟道泄漏故障分析

摘    要:针对转炉炼钢厂汽化冷却烟道的漏水故障,对系统泄漏点进行了长期检测,结果表明,汽化烟道在转炉冶炼过程中出现受热管管壁撕裂现象,产生渗漏。 活动烟罩和固定烟道不同程度地存在腐蚀疲劳现象。 对转炉汽化冷却烟道进行了改造,改造后运行良好。

Abstract:According to the leaking fault of converter steel making plant evaporative cooling flue, long-term test is conducted to the system leak point. The results indicate that there is wall tear phenomenon of vaporizing flue heated tube in converter smelting process , than leakage appears. There are corrosion fatigue phenomena between movable smoke cover and fixing flue. The converter vaporization cooling flue is modified and is in good working order.
