移山参、园参各部位中皂苷组成和比例的研究

研究了移山参、园参不同部位中的皂苷成分及比例关系。结果表明,移山参、园参中须根总皂苷含量最高,芦头其次,主根最低.移山参芦头、主根、须根总皂苷含量分别为9.30%、3.38%、16.63%;园参分别为7.50%、2.06%、8.64%.高效液相色谱测定结果显示,移山参各部位中人参皂苷Re含量最高,并检测出含有C-K、Rh1和Rh2等人参稀有皂苷;园参中Rb类皂苷含量最高.

Distribution of saponin in ginseng and wild ginseng

The total saponin(ginsenosides) occurred in various part of ginseng was analyzed,The highest content was found in ginseng fiber and the lowest in the ginsen root.The ginsenoside content in rhizome,root and fiber was 9.30%,3.38% and 16.63% respectively for wild ginseng,and 7.50%,2.06% and 8.64% for ginseng.The higher content Re was detected in wild ginseng and the rare ginsenosides including C-K,Rh1 and Rh2 were detected either.The higher ginsenoside Rb was detected in the ginseng.
