摘    要:为了寻求水流的紊动对有机物降解的影响关系,利用FLUENT软件计算了圆筒实验中不同转速下的水流紊动动能,并根据不同紊动动能下葡萄糖的降解速率,利用非线性关系拟合出降解速率-紊动动能关系曲线,得出了一影响关系函数表达式;在此基础上对此式进行了数学上的分析,认为紊动对降解的影响可以描述为“一级反应”理论.根据此“一级反应”理论,能够导出现行的经验公式.同时文中利用此理论改进拟合出了更为符合“一级反应”理论的函数表达式,可用于从实验室实验数据和河流的紊动强度得出河流实际的降解速率.

Abstract:By studying the effect of turbulence on biodegradation of organic compound, the universal formula between the biodegradation rate and the turbulent kinetic energy is derived on the basis of the biodegradation rate in different turbulent intensities and the nonlinear theory. The formula has been analyzed from the mathematic viewpoint; and the effect can be considered as the "first order reaction" related with the turbulent kinetic energy; and the empirical formulas obtained by other researchers can be resulted from the universal formula in the paper. The relationship between the turbulence and the biodegradation rate obtained here can be used to better explain the effect of turbulence on biodegradation of organic compound theoretically. The formula can be used to provide the real biodegradation rate in rivers from laboratory experimental data.
