| 摘 要： | 叙述了新合金 (稀土锰黄铜ZHMn5 8- 3.5 - 2 - 0 .0 15 )代替锡青铜ZQSn6 - 6 - 3作轴承材料的可行性 ,以及新合金的性能测试 ,并与锡青铜作了比较 ,分析得出新合金在机械性能、化学性能等方面都能代替锡青铜 ,仅在物理性能 (线膨胀系数 )方面不够理想 ,有待进一步研究

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the feasibility of new alloy (ZHMn58-3.5-2-0.015) replacing tin-bronze (ZQSn6-6-3) as bearing material and the properties test of new alloy. Comparing with tin-bronze, the paper draws a conclusion that the new alloy can take the place of tin-bronze on mechanical property and chemical property except for physical property, which isn't ideal enough, and worth further researching. |
