摘    要:提出了一种基于同步旋转坐标(d_c-q_r)系,结合现代谱估计理论的互功率谱MusIc算法对异步电动机进行转子故障诊断的方法。仿真及实验结果表明,与 FFT 和传统的谱估计方法相比,采用的方法可以不用对信号进行消噪处理,避免了在预处理过程中早期故障特征信号的丢失。在短数据、低信噪比和有色噪声背景下。该方法能有效地诊断出异步电动机转子的各种复合故障,有利于对电机故障进行实时状态监测。理论证明和实验分析结果表明,该方法是切实可行的。

Abstract:This paper puts forward a kind of method based on the spectral analysis of the current components in the(d_c-q_c)reference frame combined with the cross spectrum MUSIC method for detecting rotor faults in in- duction motor.Experimental results show that FFT and traditional method are performed on the denoised sig- nal,but some useful signals are lost in processing.This method exhibits good spectrum estimating differentia- bility and stability for low signal to noise ratio level and colored noise.This method is more feasible for the compounded faults and on-line condition monitoring.
