油田采油污水回注处理技术回顾与展望

目前 ,国内外处理采油污水的方法主要有隔油处理法、气浮法、凝聚过滤法、化学处理法、生物处理技术、吸附法、膜分离技术、井下油水分离技术和三相旋流分离器技术。国内各油田对采油污水普遍采用的隔油除油 -混凝 -过滤三段处理工艺存在较多问题 ,给油田生产和环境保护造成一定困难。为此 ,设想了采用井下油水分离器、三相旋流分离器和膜分离 3项新技术的采油污水处理工艺流程 ,并就油田采油污水处理问题进行了前景展望

Review of oilfield wastewater treatment technique

Various techniques for oilfield wastewater treatment at home and abroad are expounded. And it is pointed out that the widely-used oil removal-coagulating-filtering method has some disadvantages and especially will do harm to the environment. Thereby a new technique using jointly downhole oil-water separator, three-phase hydrocyclone and membrane separation is proposed. The prospect of oily wastewater treatment is forecast.
