活性碳、碳黑与石墨高温高压下的溶解再结晶研究

摘    要:本文介绍了不同结晶度的碳材料(石墨、活性碳、碳黑)在一定的高温高压条件下的形态及变化,并对碳在触媒合金Ni70Mn25Co5中的溶解再结晶情况进行了观测和分析,得出在同一条件下碳材料在触媒中的扩散与其结晶度有关。唯在碳黑样品中发现有金刚石生成并讨论了成因。研究结果对实践有指导意义。

Abstract:In the paper,we report the shapes and their changes of active carbon,black carbon and graphite under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure,and inventigate and analyze the solution and recrystallization of carbon materials in the Ni 70 Mn 25 Co 5 alloy.It is concluded that the diffusion of carbon materials in the crystal is relative to their crystallinities under the same conditions.Only in the sample of black carbon the diamond formed,and the cause of diamond formation is discussed.The results of studies have a directive sense in practice.
