相位调制彩色编码对大豆超微结构黑白图象的补偿效应

摘    要:本文采用光栅抽样相位调制密度的假彩色编码技术,对大豆超微结构的电子显微镜黑白图象进行假彩色编码处理。使黑白图象不同灰度赋予不同颜色。通过对彩色图象的分析、初步认定这种假彩色编码对大豆超微结构黑白电镜图象中某些无法辨析的区域具有补偿效应: 彩色图象层次丰富,细微结构清晰可见,具有突出不同空间结构的效应。线粒体的脊膜密度分布在黑白图象中根本无法辨析的灰度接近区域,经彩色编码后,由颜色的变化显出脊膜密度呈不均匀变化。此乃对灰度接近区具有增强其差异,提高辨析能力的补偿效应。下胚轴液胞腔中的物质在黑白图象中肉眼不可见,而彩色图象却明显地显现出来,表明对黑白图象中灰度极弱区具有补偿效应。

Abstract:Pseudocolor encoding technique with phase modulation by sampling with a grating is usedto deal with the electron-microsocopic picture of the soybean ultrastructure. Various colors appearin different regions which have different blackness in the black and white picture. The finestructure can be cleariy seen. According to the analysis it concludes that pseudocolor encodingpossesses compenation effect in the regions, where soybean ultrastructure is not distinguished: The density distribution of the mitochondria cristael membram in the regions where theblacknses is close to one another can be known to be of inhomogeneous from the distinction incolor. Some components such as electrolytes and nonelectrolytes in vaouode cavity can not be seenin the black and white picture due to week blackness, emerge in the color picture.
