添加MnS对烧结铁基材料切削性能的影响

摘    要:论述了添加MnS对粉末冶金材料的压制性、力学性能和切削性能的影响。添加MnS后材料压缩性降低15%,冲击韧性降低21%,抗拉强度降低5%,延伸率降低29%。但改善了材料的切削性能,切削力下降192%,切削刀具的磨损明显减少。

Abstract:The effect of MnS additive on the compressibility,mechanical properties and machinability of P/M materials was represented.Additiving MnS to the material reduced compressibility,impact strength,tensile strength and elongation by 1 5%,21%,5% and 29% respectively,but improved machinability and reduced cutting force by 19 2% with the wear of cutting tools being reduced markedly.
