| 摘 要： | 论述了添加ＭｎＳ对粉末冶金材料的压制性、力学性能和切削性能的影响。添加ＭｎＳ后材料压缩性降低１５％，冲击韧性降低２１％，抗拉强度降低５％，延伸率降低２９％。但改善了材料的切削性能，切削力下降１９２％，切削刀具的磨损明显减少。

| Abstract: | The effect of MnS additive on the compressibility,mechanical properties and machinability of P/M materials was represented.Additiving MnS to the material reduced compressibility,impact strength,tensile strength and elongation by 1 5%,21%,5% and 29% respectively,but improved machinability and reduced cutting force by 19 2% with the wear of cutting tools being reduced markedly. |
