某高硫难选铜锌矿试验研究及工业实践

摘    要:对四川某难选多金属硫化矿,在铜锌分离时加入硫化钠超前测沉淀铜离子。利用T-207作铜捕收剂。使铜精矿在回收率基本不变的情况下,品位提高了1.53%。铜精矿中锌含量由13.39降至5.62%;采用T-2000与石灰组合抑硫.使锌精矿品位由42.78%提高至49.02%。锌回收率提高了16.08%,一举解决了生产中铜锌硫分离难的老问题.为矿山增加效益提供了一条快捷简便、科技含量高的可行途径。

Abstract:To separate copper from zinc in the minerals with vulcanized metals of Sichuan, NaeS is joined to precipitate copper ion before using T- 207as selective agent for separating copper. The percent recovery of copper concentrate is constant, but the purity of concentrate increase 1.53 % and the purity of zinc in the copper concentrate decrease from 13.39 % t05.62 % ,The purity of zinc concentrate increase from 42.78 % to 49.02% and the precent recovery of copper concentrate increase 16.08% when using T-2000 and lime to inhibite sulphu. The method solved the puzzle of separating copper from zinc it is a simple and high tech- nological path to increas the benefit of the company.
