摘    要:从焦炭沉积、金属沉积及其协同作用等方面分析了引起渣油加氢催化剂构型失活的原因,讨论了沉积过程、沉积形态及沉积物的分布情况,并对其分析测试方法进行了论述。指出渣油加氢催化剂的发展方向是在提高其容炭和容金属能力的同时,改善催化剂的扩散性能,开发具有更高孔体积的催化剂。

Abstract:The configuration deactivation causes of residue hydrogenation catalyst were analyzed from coke deposition,metal deposition,and their synergistic effect,the deposition process,deposition structure and deposition distribution were discussed,and the analysis method of coke and metals were reviewed.It was pointed out that the development trend for residue hydrogenation catalyst should be the improvement of tolerance of coke and metals,the increase of catalyst diffusibility,and the preparation of catalyst with ...
