摘    要:利用STAR-90模块化建模仿真支撑系统建立了300MW火电机组自然循环锅炉模型,并应用于湛江发电厂300MW火电机组全仿真机。仿真结果表明,该模型能够比较准确地反映自然循环锅炉的动态特性和静态特性,可以用于对运行人员的培训,并可以用于优化锅炉的设计和预测变工况时锅炉的主要性能参数。

Abstract:With the help of a STAR 90 modularized model building simulation support system a natural circulation boiler model was set up for a 300MW thermal power plant. The model was employed for a comprehensive simulation unit of 300MW thermal power plant installed at Zhanjiang Power Station. The results of the simulation indicate that the model under discussion can with a relatively high precision reflect the dynamic and static characteristics of a natural circulation boiler. The model can be used for the training of operating personnel, for the optimized design of boilers and the prediction of main performance parameters of a boiler during its operation under off design conditions.
