广东电力应急减灾通信系统

摘    要:根据广东地域和气象现状,提出了广东电力应急减灾通信系统解决方案——采用租用光缆、卫星通信等通信方式,改善电力通信网薄弱环节;并给出了该系统建成后的性能测试结果和保障电力业务示例。

Abstract:Based on the geographic location and meteorologic condition of Guangdong province,a solution scheme is proposed to Guangdong electric power emergency disaster relief communication system.That is to take advantage of the public communication network,such as optical cable and satellite communication,to improve the weak link of power communications network.The paper provides the performance testing results after completion of this system and a case study on its application is conducted.
