摘    要:采用Pro/E对遥控器上盖进行造型,应用CAE软件Moldflow对实例进行网格划分、创建浇注系统、冷却系统,采用正交试验分析注射成型过程中充填、流动、冷却及翘曲变形等关键因素,得到合理的注射工艺参数与浇口位置,从而优化模具结构,缩短产品开发周期,提高注射产品质量。

Abstract:The Pro/E software was used for the modeling of a remote controller top head and then CAE software Moldflow was applied to the mesh generation of the product.
