| 摘 要： | 综合研究了温度和催化剂酸浓度对蔗糖水解反应的影响,建立了蔗糖水解反应数据组,并以之指导实验教学改革,变传统的验证实验为灵活的综合实验和设计实验,在提高学生实验积极性和培养学生综合素质方面取得了成效.

| Abstract: | The effect of temperature and acid concentration on the reaction of sucrose hydrolysis are discussed,the database of sucrose hydrolysis is educed and is used to guide the reform of experiment teaching,traditional demonstrative experiment is changed into comprehensive experiment and design experiment,which improves students' initiatives to conduct the experiments and cultivates their overall abilities. |
