摘    要:链轮齿板的曲线形状是造成烧结机台车在回车道上起拱的根本原因。起拱现象的存在。会造成台车端部不均匀磨损,降低台车使用寿命,增大烧结机漏风率及负荷。莱钢烧结厂通过对传统齿板形状进行修改,有效减轻了回车道上台车的起拱现象,台车车轮离开道轨的距离由改造前的60mm降到了10mm以内,烧结机实际运行电流由24A降至18A,台车使用寿命延长了6个月,效益显著。

Abstract:The curvilinear shape of sprocket wheel is the main cause of arching phenomenon of sintering pallets in the return rail. The existence of this phenomenon will cause many defects such as the uneven abrasion on pallet end, reducing the service life of pallet, increasing leakage. The shape of traditional sprocket wheel of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. No.3 sintering machine was improved. After the improvement, the arching phenomenon has been reduced from 60mm to less than 10mm and the actual dynamic electricity has been reduced from 24A to 18A. The service life of pallets is extended by 6 months.
