| 摘 要： | 实体膨胀管膨胀载荷是膨胀管钻井技术的关键参数。膨胀载荷分析方法是确定膨胀载荷和设计、优化膨胀工具的理论基础。针对实体膨胀管结构特点和塑性大变形膨胀过程,建立了实体膨胀管力学模型,提出了实体膨胀管膨胀载荷确定方法,给出了膨胀载荷计算公式,指出了膨胀载荷和膨胀管结构、材料性质、膨胀工具结构及其接触面上的摩擦因数之间的关系。通过和有限元数值计算结果、实际工程案例比较,相对误差为3.4%~5.8%,结果表明膨胀载荷分析方法合理、正确,对实体膨胀管钻井技术具有实际、有效的工程指导意义。
