| 摘 要： | 挤压铸锭的质量对铝型材的质量有着举足轻重的影响，高质量的挤压铸锭是获得高质量铝型材的基础。本文分别从铝型材的化学元素成分控制、熔体质量、铸造的工艺参数、铸锭的均匀化处理等方面探讨了提高6063铝合金挤压铸锭质量的技术途径。

| Abstract: | The quality of extruded ingot is very important to the quality of aluminum profile. High quality of extruded ingot is the base of high quality of profile. From the aspects of chemical compositions controlling, melt quality,process parameters of casting and homogenizing treatment of ingot,the technical way to improve the quality of 6063 aluminum alloy extruded ingot is discussed in the paper. |
