摘    要:川西地区低渗透致密砂岩气藏经过常规聚能射孔后进行压裂改造时,普遍存在破裂压力高、弯曲摩阻大的问题,这在对斜井进行压裂时问题就更加突出。介绍了马蓬49D井定向射孔技术应用情况,并重点阐述了定向仪的选择、射孔器材的设计、施工设计和操作。通过对比该井三层射孔段不同射孔工艺对后续压裂的影响效果,并对比同一区块内目的层为同一小层的井压裂施工情况,从现场实践证实了定向射孔技术有利于降低地层破裂压力和近井摩阻,提高了斜井的压裂效果。

Abstract:Low permeability tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the western Sichuan basin generally have problems, such as high fracture pressure and big bending friction drag, which become even more prominent during fracturing in the inclined wells. This paper introduced the oriented perforating technology applied in the well Mapeng 49D and focused on the issues like selection of orientators, design of perforation equipments, construction design and operation. By comparing influences of different perforating techniques applied in three perforated intervals on succeeding fracturing and contrasting situations of fracturing operation in the same target layers of the  same block, it is approved in field practices that the oriented perforating technology can reduce formation fracture pressure and near wellbore friction, and thus improve the fracturing effect of inclined wells.
