Abstract:The flavor varieties of liquor based on the fermentation of microorganism were determined by the natural weather and the geographical environment in China.The unique style of Jing Yang Chun liquor produced by Shandong Jingzhi Liquor CO.LTD was influenced by the local natural weather,geographical environment,literae humaniores and the technics.
