电缸综合性能测试系统设计

摘    要:介绍了电缸综合性能测试系统的结构及其控制系统。运用电缸综合性能测试系统,可在一个工位上全自动完成电缸的推力、拉力、行程、静负载和霍尔信号等多个性能的测试。运行结果表明:电缸综合性能测试系统运行稳定、高效,测试所需时间由原来手工测试的180 s缩短为40 s,效率提高3倍以上。该系统已应用于电缸生产企业且效果良好,具有很高的实用价值与良好的市场前景。

Abstract:The structure and control system of the electric cylinder comprehensive performance testing system were introduced.It can be used to test the performance of the electric cylinder such as push force,pull force,stroke,static load and hall signal.The operation results show that the electric cylinder comprehensive performance testing system runs stable and efficiently.The time required for the test was shortened to 40 seconds instead of 180 seconds,and the efficiency was increased by more than 3 times.The testing system has been applied in the electric cylinder production enterprise and the effect is good,which has high practical value and good market prospect.
