钐铁合金感应熔炼实验参数的探究

摘    要:通过感应熔炼制备钐铁合金,采用XRD、SEM、XRF等手段研究了熔炼压力和次数对熔炼过程Sm挥发以及熔炼终点钐铁合金Sm含量、相组成及组织结构演变的影响,确定了最佳原料状态和Sm补偿量。结果表明:多次熔炼后钐铁合金的相分布更加均匀稳定;为避免Sm过度挥发,熔炼次数不宜过多,反复熔炼3次即可;熔炼压力越大,Sm挥发越少,同时较高的熔炼压力能够抑制合金内部组织的长大。使用均匀稳定的钐铁合金为原料进行熔炼更有利于抑制熔炼过程Sm的挥发。过多的Sm补偿量并不能稳定熔炼终点钐铁合金的Sm含量,一般感应熔炼可选取4%的纯钐补偿量。

Abstract:Sm-Fe alloy was prepared by induction smelting.The effects of smelting pressure and times on Sm volatilization during smelting and the Sm content,phase composition and microstructure evolution of Sm-Fe alloy at smelting end were studied by XRD,SEM and XRF.The optimum raw material state and Sm compensation amount were determined.The results show that the phase distribution of Sm-Fe alloy is more uniform and stable after multiple smelting.However,Sm-Fe alloy should not be smelted for too many times to avoid excessive volatilization of Sm,and three smelting times are enough.The higher the smelting pressure,the lower the Sm volatilization.Higher melting pressure can also inhibit the growth of the internal structure of the alloy.Using uniform and stable Sm-Fe alloy as the raw material of smelting is more conducive to suppressing the evaporation of Sm in the smelting process.Excessive Sm compensation cannot stabilize the Sm content of Sm-Fe alloy at smelting end.Generally,4% pure samarium compensation amount can be selected for induction smelting.
