摘    要:乙二醇单乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(LPEG)作为一种新型的大单体,具有比普通聚羧酸大单体更高的反应活性,合成的聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)具有更好的工作性能。以LPEG、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为聚合单体,在低温氧化还原引发体系下合成PCE,并研究了反应温度、FeSO4用量、酸醚比、还原剂及链转移剂用量等对PCE性能的影响。结果表明,低温合成的新型PCE与由传统大单体合成的PCE相比,具有更好的保坍性与混凝土增强效果。

Abstract:LPEG monomer is a new type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer,has higher reactivity than ordinary polycarboxylate macromonomer in recent years,synthetic PCE has better working performance.Using a new type of ethylene glycol monovinyl ethoxylate(LPEG),acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)as a polymerization monomer,Synthesis of PCE under low temperature redox initiation system,experiment and discuss the effects of reaction temperature,FeSO4 dosage,acid-ether ratio,reducing agent and chain transfer agent dosage on PCE performance.Compared with the traditional PCE,the new PCE has better slump retention and concrete workability.
