硅藻土-高岭土-粉煤灰复合多孔保温材料性能研究

摘    要:针对多孔粉煤灰强度低、成型差和烧结温度高等问题,以硅藻土和粉煤灰为主要原料,高岭土为添加剂,采用发泡法和溶胶凝胶注模相结合的方法,制备了硅藻土-高岭土-粉煤灰复合多孔保温材料。研究了浆料泡沫掺量、烧结助剂、烧结温度、明胶含量以及固相含量对复合多孔保温材料性能的影响。结果表明:m(高岭土)∶m(硅藻土)∶m(粉煤灰)=1.5∶3∶10、泡沫掺量16%~24%、烧结助剂水玻璃3%,明胶3%,固相含量40%,950℃烧结温度下制备的复合多孔保温材料的孔隙率在85%以上,抗压强度为0.51~0.66MPa,导热系数为0.065~0.082 W/(m·K),表观密度为0.28~0.30 g/cm^3。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low strength,poor molding and high sintering temperature of porous fly ash materials,diatomite/gaolin fly ash composite porous thermal insulation material was prepared by using diatomite,fly ash as the main raw materials,kaolin as additive with the combination of foaming method and sol-gel injection molding. The effects of slurry foam content,sintering aid,sintering temperature,gelatin content,and solid phase content on the properties of porous insulation material were further studied. The results show that when m(kaolin)∶m(diatomite)∶m(fly ash)=1.5∶3∶10,foam addition was 16%~24%,sintering aid water glass was 3%,gelatin content was 3%,solid content was 40%,under 950 ℃ sintering temperature,the porosity of the composite porous insulation material is above 85%,the compressive strength is between 0.51 and 0.66 MPa,the thermal conductivity is between 0.065 and 0.082 W/(m·K),and the apparent density is between 0.28 and 0.30 g/cm^3.
