炼钢尾渣细集料制备Cc50混凝土砖的试验研究

摘    要:在分析炼钢尾渣特性的基础上,以抗压强度为主要技术指标,确定了炼钢尾渣作细集料制备Cc50高强度混凝土砖的合理配合比。结果表明:试验用炼钢尾渣不存在安定性不良问题,当细渣掺比在30%~60%时,通过控制水泥用量及水灰比可制备混合料成型性好、制品脱模后外观完好、强度等级达Cc50的高强度混凝土砖;同时根据工厂生产条件,将实验室配合比适当调整后进行小批量生产,通过振动压制成型,制得了强度等级为Cc50的炼钢尾渣细集料混凝土砖。

Abstract:The reasonable mix proportion of Cc50 high strength concrete bricks by steelmaking slag as fine aggregate was determined by taking compressive strength as the main technical index,and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of steelmaking slag.The results show that there is no problem of poor stability in the steelmaking slag used in the test.When the fine slag content is 30%to 60%,the concrete bricks of Cc50 strength grade can be prepared by controlling cement content and water/cement ratio,as the mixture was easy to moulding,the bricks could keep perfect appearance after demoulding.At the same time,according to the factory production conditions,the laboratory mix ratio is appropriately adjusted and then small batch production is carried out.Through vibration pressing,concrete bricks of Cc50 strength grade using steelmaking slag as fine aggregate are obtained.
