基于感知信息的车间动态排产方法

摘    要:为解决车间排产实时性不高的问题,构建了基于感知信息的动态排产业务模型、数据模型和计算模型,提出了基于感知信息的车间动态排产方法,开发了动态排产方法的验证系统,以复合材料生产车间为背景进行验证,结果表明:该方法能够实现基于车间生产情况的制造资源与工序的智能匹配、工时自动计算和排产方案的计算生成,为后续车间动态排产系统的研究及实际应用提供了参考。

Abstract:To solve the low real-time problem of the job-shop scheduling,process model,data model and calculation model for the job-shop dynamic scheduling based on information sensing were designed.The job-shop dynamic scheduling method based on information sensing was formed.A verification system for this dynamic scheduling method was developed and verificated by a composite material job-shop,the verifaction shows that this method could realize the smart matching of manufacturing resources and processes,the automatic calculation of the man-hours and the calculation of the scheduling plan based on job-shop situation,which provides a reference for the research and practical application of the subsequent job-shop dynamic scheduling system.
