C40水工抗冲磨混凝土的制备及工程应用

摘    要:结合工程实际,使用粉煤灰、AF抗冲磨剂、膨胀剂、聚丙烯纤维、聚羧酸高性能减水剂,配制出施工和易性良好的C40水工抗冲磨混凝土。经过原材料选择、工作性能评价、抗压强度及抗冲磨性能测试等方面的研究,确定了的C40水工抗冲磨混凝土最优配合比:胶凝材料总量410 kg/m^3,水胶比0.42,砂率为42%,膨胀剂、粉煤灰、AF抗冲磨剂、减水剂掺量分别为8%、30%、1.8%、1.6%,纤维体积掺量为0.12%。制备的C40水工抗冲磨混凝土抗冲磨强度≥15.0 h/(kg/m^2),磨损率≤2.0%,均能满足结构实体验收技术指标,生产工艺简单,生产成本较低。

Abstract:Combined with engineering practice,using fly ash,AF anti-wear agent,expansion agent,polypropylene fiber and polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent,C40 hydraulic anti-wear concrete with good workability is prepared.Based on the selection of raw materials,workability evaluation,compressive strength test,anti-wear performance test,etc.,the optimal mix ratio of C40 hydraulic anti-wear concrete was determined:the total amount of cementing material was 410 kg/m^3,the water-to-binder ratio was 0.42,the sanding ratio was 42%,the dosage of expansion agent,fly ash,AF anti-wear agent and water reducing agent was 8%,30%,1.8% and 1.6% respectively,and the fiber volume was 0.12%.The results show that the anti-wear strength≥15.0 h/(kg/m^2),the wear rate≤2.0%,both can meet the technical indicators of the structure.The production process is simple,and the production cost is low.
