摘    要:为提高电动公交车充电弓装置的工作性能,利用机械动力学软件ADAMS对电动公交车充电时充电弓装置中双排平行六连杆升降机构的主要铰接点进行参数化设计,建立双排平行六连杆升降机构的参数化模型;采用ADAMS/View软件中提供的Design Study(设计研究)与Optimization(优化分析)2种参数化分析方法以及OPTDES-SQP优化算法,以充电弓装置中滚珠丝杠提升力最小为优化目标,对充电弓装置进行优化设计。优化结果表明,充电弓装置中双排平行六连杆升降机构的各连杆在铰接点位置处的受力在优化后均减小了10%以上,滚珠丝杠最大提升力降低了17.0%,大大增加了滚珠丝杠的安全余量,有利于提高机构的可靠性,延长充电弓装置的使用寿命。

Abstract:In order to improve the working performance of charging bow device for electric bus,the main articulation points of double-row parallel six-bar lifting mechanism of charging bow device for electric bus were parameterized by mechanical dynamics software ADAMS,and the parameterized model of double-row parallel six-bar lifting mechanism was established.Combining Design Study and Optimization parametric analysis methods and OPTDES-SQP optimization algorithm provided in ADAMS/View software,the optimization design of charging bow device was studied with the objective of minimizing the lifting force of ball screw in the charging bow device.The optimization results show that the forces of the connecting rods of the double-row parallel six-bar lifting mechanism in the charging bow device are reduced by more than 10%at the hinge position after optimization,the maximum lifting force of the ball screw is reduced by 17.0%,which greatly increases the safety margin of the ball screw,and is conducive to improving the reliability of the mechanism and prolonging the service life of the charging bow device.
