摘    要:以CPC30型内燃平衡重式叉车工作装置作为轻量化设计的载体,在Creo软件精确建模的基础上,对该叉车工作装置实体模型在不同工作位置进行基于ANSYS软件的有限元结构静力分析,以此作为工作装置轻量化设计的依据,接着对该工作装置结构进行合理、有效的设计改进和校核分析,以达到减轻该型叉车工作装置整体质量的目的。经过分析优化,轻量化后的工作装置结构在满足强度要求的前提下,整体质量减轻了约4.70%。

Abstract:Taking the working device of CPC30 internal combustion balance forklift truck as the carrier of lightweight design,on the basis of Creo’s precise modeling,the finite element structural static analysis based on ANSYS software is carried out for the solid model of the working device of the forklift truck at different working positions,which serves as the basis for optimizing the structural lightweight design of the working device.The structure of the working device is reasonably and effectively improved and checked to reduce the self-weight of the working device of the forklift truck.After analysis and optimization,the overall weight of the lightweight working device is reduced by 4.70%on the premise of meeting the strength requirements.
