摘    要:异形截面变螺距螺杆作为功能件应用广泛。在分析异形截面变螺距螺杆的结构特征与技术要求的基础上,设计了四轴数控铣削加工该螺杆的方案,并采用流线曲面驱动,规划了螺旋槽的精加工刀路;构建了残余高度与刀具直径、切削行距之间的几何关系。检测结果表明:该加工方案加工过程稳定,加工出的螺杆精度可达到技术要求。

Abstract:Variable pitch screw with special section is widely used as functional parts.Based on the analysis of structural characteristics and technical requirements of variable pitch screw with special section,a four-axis NC milling method for the screw was designed,the finish mill tool paths of the spiral groove were planned,which was driving by the streamline surface.Meanwhile,the relationship between scallop height with cutting diameter and cutting row spacing was established.The production practice shows that the milling process is stable,and the testing results show that the precision of milled screw meets the required technical specifications.
