摘    要:混凝土增效剂在与减水剂协同作用下,能够有效减少单方混凝土胶凝材料用量,研究了增效剂对砂浆及混凝土性能的影响,并分析其增效机理。结果表明:随着增效剂掺量的增加,混凝土含气量不断增大,拌合物和易性变好,坍落度先减小后增大;当增效剂掺量由从0.1%增加至0.3%时,砂浆的3、7、28 d抗压强度分别降低8.5、4.7、3.2 MPa。

Abstract:The synergistic effect of concrete synergist with water reducing agent can effectively reduce the amount of concrete cementing material.The effect of synergist on the properties of mortar and concrete is studied,and its synergistic mechanism is analyzed.The test results show that with the increase of the synergist content,the gas content of concrete increases continuously,the workability of concrete mixture becomes better,and the concrete slump decreases first and then increases.The compressive strength of mortar at 3 d,7 d and 28 d decreased by 8.5 MPa,4.7 MPa and 3.2 MPa,respectively,when the content of synergist increased from 0.1%to 0.3%.
