滚磨光整技术在大型齿轮加工中的应用

摘    要:以风电齿轮轴为研究对象,采用卧式滚磨光整设备进行光整加工试验。试验结果表明,光整加工后,零件表面的沟壑状纹理有所改善,表面粗糙度提升了1~1.5个等级,不会对齿轮精度造成影响,齿面压应力值有大幅度提升,进而提高了零件的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命,可为滚磨光整加工技术在大型齿轮加工中的应用提供依据。

Abstract:The wind power gear shaft with gear processing using horizontal tumbling finishing equipment was taken as the research object of the machining test.The results of the test show that the gully texture of the part surface has been improved after being finished and the surface roughness class has been improved 1~1.5 levels.The finishing does not affect the accuracy of gear,but the compressive stress value of the tooth surface has been greatly increased,then the fatigue strength and fatigue life of the parts has been improved.The results provide a basis for the application of tumbling finishing technology in the machining of large gears.
