环保型聚氨酯塑胶跑道胶粘剂的研究

摘    要:选用MDI-50、聚醚二元醇和聚醚三元醇的复合多元醇为原料,以小分子聚醚多元醇及小分子醇类作为固化剂组份,制备了不同配比的环保型塑胶跑道用胶粘剂预聚体。讨论了聚醚多元醇摩尔比、NCO质量分数、固化剂种类对产品性能的影响。结果表明,MDI-50体系中,当n(聚醚二元醇)∶n(聚醚三元醇)=3∶2,NCO含量为6%,选用复配固化剂n(聚醚多元醇303)∶n(TMP)=2∶1]时,所制备的胶粘剂综合性能最佳,各项性能均符合GB 36246-2018要求。

Abstract:MDI-50,a polyether diol and a polyether triol composite polyol were used as raw materials,and small molecular polyethers and small molecular alcohols were used as curing agent components to prepare environmentally friendly plastic racing track adhesives prepolymer with different ratios.The effect of molar ratio of polyether polyol,NCO mass fraction,and curing agent selection on product performance were discussed.The results show that in the MDI-50 system,when the molar ratio of the polyether diol to the polyether triol is 3∶2,the NCO content is 6%,select polyether polyol 303/TMP(molar ratio 2/1)compound curing agent,the comprehensive performance of the agent is the best,and all the indicators meet the requirements of the national standard GB 36246-2018.
