高掺量无烟煤粉煤灰烧结砖的研究

摘    要:介绍了国外一企业高掺量无烟粉煤灰烧结砖的研制结果。利用耐火性好的无烟粉煤灰与高岭土和长石,并掺加少量的有机或无机增塑添加料,可使粉煤灰掺量超过50%,最高达90%,还可改善以粉煤灰为主要原料的坯料塑性,可真空挤出成形,焙烧过程中抑制砖龟裂,显著提高产品抗压强度,还减轻了质量,获得轻质效果。

Abstract:The article introduces the development results of fired brick with high content of anthracite fly ash from a foreign enterprise.The use of anthracite fly ash with good fire resistance and kaolin and feldspar,combines with a small amount of organic or inorganic plasticizing additives,can make the fly ash content exceed 50%,up to 90%,can also improve the billet plasticity of coal ash as the main raw material can be extruded in vacuum,suppress brick cracking during the firing process,significantly improve the compressive strength of the product,reduce weight and obtain light effect.
