摘    要:采用阳离子单体(丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵)、阴离子单体(丙烯酸)、内交联剂(N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺)等通过三元自由基聚合成一种两性混凝土性能多重改善剂,该改善剂具有明显的反聚电解质效应,分子结构中引入的内交联剂使其与水泥颗粒间形成三维网状结构,可显著降低低强度等级混凝土的离析泌水,同时改善混凝土的和易性,提高混凝土的抗压强度。

Abstract:In this study,an amphoteric polymer modifying agent is obtained by ternary radical polymerization of cationic monomer(DAC),anionic monomer(AA)and inner crosslinking agent(N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide).The modifying agent has obvious anti polyelectrolyte effect,three dimensional network structure between it and cement particles is formed by the introduction of inner crosslinking agent in the molecular structure,which can significantly reduce the bleeding of segregation of low grade concrete,at the same time improve the workability and the compressive strength of concrete.
