摘    要:以聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(OEGMA)为提供长侧链的大单体,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基磷酸酯(PHM)为提供吸附基团的小单体,采用自由基聚合法合成了一种新型磷酸基聚羧酸减水剂。系统考察了反应温度、聚合浓度、链转移剂用量、磷酸基单体用量对合成减水剂重均分子质量、分散性的影响规律,得到合成的最佳工艺条件为:n(OEGMA)∶n(MAA)∶n(PHM)=1.0∶1.4∶0.6,反应温度60℃,聚合浓度30%,链转移剂用量为单体总物质的量的2%,合适的重均分子质量区间为18 000~20000 g/mol。

Abstract:A novel phosphate-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer has been successfully synthesized by free radical polymerization by copolymerized poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate(OEGMA)as a macromonomer to provide long side chains along with methacrylic acid(MAA)and phosphoric acid 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate ester(PHM)as monomer to provide adsorption groups.The effects of reaction temperature,polymerization concentration,amount of chain transfer agent,amount of phosphate monomer on the weight average molecular weight and dispersion performance of the product have been studied systematically.The optimum synthesis process is as following:OEGMA∶MAA∶PHM=1.0∶1.4∶0.6,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the polymerization concentration is 30%,the amount of chain transfer agent is 2%,the appropriate window for weight average molecular weight is between 18000 and 20000.
