摘    要:研究了花岗岩机制砂(MS)对混凝土的流变性能、力学性能以及体积稳定性的影响。结果表明,机制砂会显著影响混凝土的流变性能,增大拌合物的塑性粘度;在保证相同工作性能的条件下,机制砂用量越多则需要更多地减水剂;当坍落度固定在一定范围内时,机制砂不会对混凝土的抗压强度产生负面影响,适量机制砂反而会提高混凝土的抗压强度;随着机制砂用量的增加,混凝土的弹性模量基本保持不变,而干缩逐渐增大,当机制砂用量超过一定范围时,混凝土的徐变也会增大。

Abstract:This paper studies the effects of granite manufactured sand(MS)on the rheological property,mechanical property and volume stability of concrete.The results show that the manufactured sand can significantly affect the rheological properties of concrete,increasing the plastic viscosity of concrete mixture.Under the condition of ensuring the same working performance,the more the manufactured sand content,the more water reducing agent is needed.When the slump is fixed within a certain range,the manufactured sand will not have a negative impact on the compressive strength of concrete,conversely,when the amount of the manufactured sand reaches a certain proportion,the compressive strength of the concrete will be increased.In addition,the modulus of elasticity remains substantially unchanged with the manufactured sand content,while the shrinkage of the concrete increases gradually.When the amount of manufactured sand exceeds a certain range,the creep of the concrete will be increased.
