摘    要:研究了振动搅拌对再生混凝土力学性能的影响,并从振动搅拌的工作原理和微观结构解释了试验现象。研究发现:配合比相同时,振动拌合方式下Ⅱ、Ⅲ类再生混凝土的抗压、抗拉和抗折强度相比传统静力搅拌下的试验组都有不同程度的提高;振动搅拌工艺下,矿物掺合料、聚丙烯纤维对Ⅱ、Ⅲ类再生骨料混凝土的增强效果优于传统静力搅拌;2种拌合工艺下,纤维掺量、纤维长度对Ⅱ、Ⅲ类再生混凝土抗压、抗拉和抗折强度的影响规律相同,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.2 kg/m^3、长度为15 mm时改善效果最好。

Abstract:In this paper,the influence of vibration stirring on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete was studied,what’s more the experimental phenomena were explained from the working principle of vibration mixing and the micro structure.The research found that:when the mixing ratio is the same,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of the type Ⅱ and Ⅲ recycled concrete under vibration mixing mode are improved to different extents compared with the test group under the traditional static stirring. Under the vibration stirring process,the reinforcing effect of mineral admixture and polypropylene fiber on the strength of type Ⅱ and Ⅲ recycled aggregate concrete is better than that of traditional static stirring.Under the two mixing processes,the effect of fiber content and fiber length on the compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of type Ⅱ and Ⅲ recycled concrete is the same,when the fiber content is 1.2 kg/m^3 and the length is 15 mm,it has the best improvement effect.
